Straight Talk is corrupt. I bought three cards none which worked. Now I'm out 115 dollars. I am beyond angry and an considering contacting the better business bureau and a lawyer. I tried to activate a new phone with a trace phone number and the new telephone wouldn't activate so after 2 hours i called Straight Talk customer service at 9 pm i was on the phone for over an hour before Straight Talk manager told me to call back in an hour. so i call back after and hour which it is now 11:30 pm Straight Talk manager put me on hold after 10 minutes and i am on hold for 2 hours before i hang up to call back to find out they closed 5 minutes after placing me on hold. Absolutely ridiculous now i have to wait till 8 to call back and activate my husbands telephone so he will have to go to work at 5 am without it and risk breaking down with no way to call for help!
