I have tried numerous times to reset my password and it continues to say sorry something went wrong. I'm using at least 8 characters. 1 being a number, 1 upper case as well as the other lowercase. Someone was supposed to send me a link to get another password set up but I haven't received anything as of yet. I have called several times today trying to speak with a PERSON and every time it tells me to say Representative, I say it and it doesn't respond with anything more then repeating the list of things I can hear explained to me. I have a transaction I need to SPEAK with someone over. I went to with draw money from and ATM today and it said I got the $100, but I didn't get it. The money didn't come out. When I went to the bank and told them what happened, they said I have to call you all and have it pt back on my card that way.
