Today is the second that I placed an order at the store that is at Sepulveda and Washington Blvd in Culver city and is the second time they made mthe order wrong. And on top of that I had called 5 times to the the store to place my order for pick up. And they give me 30 minutes really 30 minute. I worked for Chipotle for 4 years and that wasn't the service that we used to provide to ours customers. I worked at Ucla store and usc store, from 2008 to 2012. I guess things had change. Hi my name is victor ceballos, i recently visited chipotle in 21039 center ridge road fair view park, ohio 44126. Every visit has always been great, but on this visit as we left i remembered i forgot a couple trays so as i turned around to go back in and clean the table two of the employees were at the window knocking and flipping us off. I was shocked, as i walked back in to ask why i deserved that harassment. The two girls ran back inside and hid in the back room. I asked another employee why they did that and they said they didn't do anything. I walked to my car and call the restaurant and talked to the manager, andrew. I proceeded to tell them what the two girls did and he plain told me we should of cleaned our table. Hes was basically telling me it was right of her to treat us like that. This happened 7/9/16. We ate at Location 790 Skymarks Dr. Jax FL 32218 On 05/10/2016 And your Customer Service was so bad that my family wanted to leave and one of your cooks had a beard but wasn't wearing a beard guard Can you please train your staff to be a little more curious I was offended when I could see them talk under their breath about my disability. Tried calling in my order before getting to chipotle and they told me to go to the website to do so. After creating the order on the website, I had the most difficult time trying to find the checkout link. Once I found the link, it took me to a page to log in or register. I tried registering several times and an error type of message kept appearing and there would be a "?" next to the phone number section. I put the phone number in more ways than I could count and nothing worked. By this time I had realized that ordering ahead of time actually caused more of an inconvenience than waiting in line does, so I decided to go to another restaurant instead.
