Terrible experience, I am so disappointed. We can start with the fact that this is the second complaint and nobody responds. I got a ticket online and a few seconds later i received an email saying that i have to pay $25 extra. Not only they don't provide a way to pay this online, the website works terrible, i can't even see my booking an it doesn't allow me to see anything on this $25. I had a lot of difficulty with your website, and at one point, after entering my credit card information, the site would not let me continue, so I gave up. I did not receive a confirmation email for the flight.
