And I’ve redeem free internet 1 am-7 am data. download a few apps and videos while online. I am writing this letter to express my disappointment and unsatisfactory over the matter of how the customer service (counter at Tmn Molek) handling my case (termination with penalty: within contract period) I was explained that that was only a final amount I needed to pay and no other charges after the termination. But I was wrong as I still receiving a SMS notifications of bills. I ignored it first month I received it but keeps coming for 2 months. I then called the Digi helpline to verify the matter. I then was told that it would come for 3 months!!! This is what I am not expecting as I was told at the counter only the amount that (on the day I settle) I not not giving the full picture of the termination. This is ridiculous. You send message a day before you terminated the number and now try to reload it I cannot reload anymore to stay this number. What kind of service you have. And now you cannot activate back the number. What's the purpose of your helpline and your service.
