Today, while I was using one of your curling irons, the area near the electrical cord attached to the iron literally exploded off. I have it here still and the traumatized client who knocked one of the flaming pieces off of her shoulder. I, never in 39 years of hairdressing have seen this happen. How would you prefer to proceed? Hello, i had an issue with a Helen of troy hair dryer 5/15. I had a problem with the switches not working properly. One day i used it and it sparked and caught my shirt on fire. You replaced the hair dryer and my shirt. However, a year later the one you sent me is starting to do the same thing. What can i do? I cannot use it anymore because i am afraid of a fire. Please let me know ASAP. Thank you Shannon WeilPosted on Aug 09, 2016

I was disappointed when I saw that Final Net hairspray was no longer available in Canada as it was my "go-to" hair care product for many years. I was glad to find it on Amazon and ordered two 3 packs. one of the regular and one of the extra hold. Total about $60! I have since given it away to the Thrift Store. as it is nothing like the original! It does not even hold the hair in place and makes the hair kind of limp and heavy. Not even the extra hold is any good! It is just a completely different product! (Sorry! This site is not allowing me to print a certain vowel!!) So disappointed to see a good thing changed so that it is no longer recognizable! I wasted a great deal of money thinking I had fond the original! Why did yo change the formula so drastically?Posted on Aug 07, 2016

I love your Ogilvie home permanents with the conditioner you use before starting your perm. I have fine thin hair, so I only use part of the conditioner before my perm. I use the rest of it once a month after my perm and it helps keep my hair in good condition. I haven't found another conditioner that works as well. Can I buy that conditioner? Thanks for your help.Posted on Aug 03, 2016
