Kurt Barton:

This is my second year of having your pre lit Christmas tree. I am finding more bulbs burned out every day and a strand of lights burned out the other day. Very disappointed so far. I thought this was going to be a tree I was going to be able to use for several years without problems. Cannot find replacement bulbs . Need many of those. I hope you can solve my problem. I have read of many disappointed consumers with the handling of this problem. I hope I am not one of these.. Thank you for your time. I have your prelight Christmas tree. My puppy got a hold of bottom wires and bulbs and chewed bulbs off exposing wires. The tree still lights up except bottom where puppy chewed. Is the tree till safe to use this way? Any way to remove the bottom lighting only with out effecting the rest of the lights on tree?Posted on Dec 08, 2015

Julie Trevarthen:

How do I get a replacement light connector for my tree. One of the connectors has a short in it and the lights will not stay lit. The tree is only about 3 years old. Each section has a connector plug that plugs into a connector that is attached to the on/off button. The connectors plug in, then a cuff screws over the joint. I do not know the tree model. I purchased at Home Depot during a doorbuster sale about 3 or 4 years ago.Posted on Nov 30, 2015

We bought the Martha Stewart Christmas tree and loved it. The only problem is that not all the lights work anymore. There are whole sections of the tree that di not turn on. We are unable to return it to Home Depot at this point. The wife and kids are obviously upset as well as myself. I hope there is something you can do to fix out Christmas this year.Posted on Nov 12, 2015
