I bought these diapers yesterday and have already had to change my baby's clothes four times due to the diapers leaking. Nut only am I going to take back the second box I bought but will never purchase these again.Posted on Sep 23, 2016

I have been using parents choice diapers on my 2yr old since she was born and have had no problems but the last 2 big boxes I bought of them has left her looking like she has a chemical burn on her bottom! I thought with the first box that maybe there was just something wrong with it or something got mixed in by accident or something so we discarded the remainder of the diapers and bought another big box and it is even worse than before and on top of her being very uncomfortable we are also out of the $38 we spent on them.Posted on Sep 13, 2016

The diapers I bought at Walmart in Bedford Indiana, have made my baby break out with a rash on her bottom and burns her when I try to put cream on her. I'm not very happy with these diapers at all!Posted on Sep 11, 2016

Hi, I would like to make a complaint about your diapers they use to be my favorite brand until they change to the ones with the animals on them now they are constantly falling off of my daughter and they also leak all the time. I guess I'm going to have to find a new brand of diapers which sucks cause I am pregnant and due in January.Posted on Sep 11, 2016

Beyong upset as I'm doing dishes tonight to see MOLD in the crevices of my son and daughters bottles! Now I don't know if my son has been sick for so long because of this exposure he is on 2 allergy meds a day!! My daughter is the same as him except not on meds yet! Beyond pissed!! These are supposed to be safe essentials for babies! I've threw quite a few away tonight because the bottle brushes do not reach these areas!Posted on Sep 09, 2016

We have been buying parents choice diapers since my grand daughter was born 18 months ago. For the last 3 months the diapers have came undone. The closures do not stay. She has been walking and they will fall completely off. This is not due to the diaper being full. Due to sensitive skin areas she has to be changed often. I feel like we have wasted money the last 4 times we purchased the diapers. We buy them a case at a time. Is there a reason this is happening?Posted on Sep 09, 2016

Hello my name is Heather and I buy parents choice brand for my son who is 2 years old and with this box of diapers he is getting an irritation on his bottom and I have seen that before because he has had it before! I am very disappointed in the whole this and very worried about what to do about it because I have no more money to buy him another pack. What can you do to help me and my son?Posted on Sep 07, 2016

I have had my son wearing parents choice diapers since they were newborns never have had an issue. I bought a box of size 6. I have opened only half the pack and so far about 4 of the diapers ears have ripped completely off. 6226D0604DKB07 size 6 A1 is what is written on the diaper ears.Posted on Sep 05, 2016

Ciara Pruitt:

Good Evening, To who this may concern. I have recently came across problems with parents choice diapers. I have been a loyal customer for the past 10 months, but recently I have had an issue with the size 5 diapers. I have brought 3 cases and all 3 cases have been defective. Every time my babies diaper becomes full the stuffing or some sort of beady items fall out the sides of the diapers. I am very much disappointed and continued to purchase parents choice hoping that the last batch was just that, a bad batch. But I have brought 2 more cases and the same has happen with both. Unfortunately, I can not be refunded due to open cases. Please advise. Ciara PruittPosted on Sep 05, 2016

i have been buying parents choice diapers (in the box) for the last 9 years (3 children). I have never had a problem with the diapers in those 9 years but the last 2 boxes i have bought the tabs have been falling off as soon as i go to put the new one on (about 8 out of 10 diapers the tab falls off). it is very frustrating to have to throw out dry diapers because the tabs break off. the bar code and number on the last box i purchased is D160942027MO704. 6 28915 00663 6 ( bar code) please send any responses to thank you corina Posted on Sep 03, 2016

I see I am not the only one. I have these with 4 babies and never had a problem. I will not be buying anymore with the new design. We have had leaks very night..Posted on Sep 01, 2016

Sarah Dawson:

I bought parents choose size 6 diapers recently and they are not the right size. If you place one of your size 6 diapers beside a size 4 diaper they are exactly he same size. They leak very easily as well.Posted on Aug 31, 2016

I will be switching diaper brands. The last two boxes I have bought are actually hard and clumped up on the inside. I use to brag on the price and how much I liked parents choice. Not any longer!Posted on Aug 29, 2016

I bought the cucumber baby wipes and will never buy again! They leave so much lint and are so dry they don't get my son clean without using a ton of them! I like the Shea butter but would definitely recommend discontinuing the cucumber ones. They are worthless.Posted on Aug 27, 2016

Tisha Long:

I am not exactly sure what is going on with Parent's Choice diapers,I have been using them over two years because I have a 1 & 2 yr old and I have on and off problems with them. Months go by and everything's great then something changes in them and my girls are peeing through clothes after clothes after clothes and I usually change them every 1.5 hr or at least check them so the 12 hr protection is definitely not the case. I don't want to switch brands because I love Parents Choice most the time but at this point with the $ I'm spending on more detergent to wash more clothes and blankets and things from the leaking pee on everything I'm not saving $ on these diapers if you figure in that cost. #sad MommyPosted on Aug 26, 2016

I first want to say, I love your diapers. I have 6 children, 4 of which are in diapers. We only use your diapers. They are great and very affordable. But recently we purchased a small package of size 2 diapers, and 6 of them were as hard as rocks. I'm sure it's just an error, but I wanted to address my concerns with you because we could not use them. Thank you for your time.Posted on Aug 25, 2016

I recently purchased a value size box of size 6 diapers from Walmart and have had nothing but problems. My daughter is 2 and I have always swore that parents choice was for us. She stared leaking thru them so I switched to the dollar store brand and didn't look back. She did great with them. I've herd about other kids getting a rash but she never did. Well I ran out and was already at Walmart herd they changed the diapers so thought I would try again cause that's what I use for my other lo nope never again. I drove 20 min to my mom's and there was pee everywhere when I got there had to strip everything and wash it. Very inconvenient. I loved theses diapers for 2 years. what happened. I will continue to use the size 2 till she starts peeing thru. thanks for ur timePosted on Aug 23, 2016

I have been buying parent choice diapers and I've had some that are broke and the straps are ripped and I can't afford to keep buying all the time. grandparents on a budget thanks and God bless.Posted on Aug 22, 2016

I used these diapers all the time with my daughter and really liked them. I just bought my first box again for my 6 month old son. The design was cute. They almost look like diapers from The Honest Company. However, my son is consistently leaking through these diapers. He was waking up in the middle of night freezing Bc his diaper had completely soaked through his pajamas & his bassinet. It is not as bad during the day, but I'm also awake & changing him all the time which is definitely not saving us money. I had to buy a pack of Luvs for him to wear at night. Not sure what happened in the 2 yrs I didn't need diapers, but I miss the old kind.Posted on Aug 22, 2016

I bought a box of parents choice last week at Walmart. I always get parent choice and never have a problem this time i got the ones that say once upon a giggle from parents choice and they keep ripping when I try to close the diaper on my baby or when she is already wearing it she is being getting soiled I am very upset that I already wasted half of the box with out even being able to use it I will like my money back!Posted on Aug 21, 2016

hello, I am the author of a blog that focuses on saving money. I am doing a post on what diaper is really the greatest value based off of price, value, and customer service. Being one of the leading brands, Parents choice will naturally be in the post. I am requesting free samples or coupons to help with the post. I will be doing tests on and off a child for the post. The child wears a size 4. I need one size 4 diaper and the other one can be any size. your help would be much appreciated. Also if there is a certain link you prefer for me to include in the blog, please send that as well.Posted on Aug 21, 2016

We bought a box of 800 wipes that were supposed to be refreshing cucumber but after we had got home and opened the box every one of the packs were original. Regina Redden:

I've been using parents choice diapers for almost a year now with no problems. As soon as you changed to the zoo prints I've had nothing but trouble. I just bought the 124 count and she's got the worse diaper rash ever. We can't even make it through a full night without huge leaks. So I've basically lost $20 and I have to spend more for something she can wear.Posted on Aug 20, 2016

Leah schacherer:

I recently bought a big box of the parents choice size 5 diapers and when I got to the 2nd package almost every single diaper fell apart and the insides got everywhere. I tried to return them to Walmart but because there weren't half of the box left they wouldn't take them. I did not have any money to buy new ones so I was forced to use them which resulted in my daughter getting a horrible rash and being out on 4 different antibiotics. I also still have my receipt.Posted on Aug 18, 2016

I don't know what you have done to "improve" your diapers, but now they suck! I will never buy them again. My daughter use to make it all night in your diapers, but now they literally dissolve!!!Posted on Aug 18, 2016

Amber Pruitt:

I have always used parents choice diapers because. Of the great quality and low price. However the last two boxes I purchased of size one and newborn diapers have had an adhesive line down the center of the diaper causing them to not open properly. If pulled open they either ripped or leave a hard abrasive line down the center leaving them unusable. Sadly when I returned to the store I purchased another brand. Please fix your product so I can return to using my favorite brand..Posted on Aug 16, 2016

I loved Parents choice diaper, But recently they changed with new animal logos and reduce the price. So now this diaper is getting worst leaking everyday. I am not worried about paying few box more to get the same Previous quality. So Please change to old quality. Please don't buy the parents choice diaper with animals logo on it worst quality. but if you get without animal logo its the best.Posted on Aug 15, 2016

Well we did love your diapers. it only took me 16 months to find a diaper that would not give my Lil man a rash.. you have changed the design and the new design has a wetness strip which whatever makes the strip my child is extremely allergic to 1 diaper that's all it took he peed and was screaming.. I now have to find something else that will work. Posted on Aug 12, 2016

I have never had a problem with parents choice diapers before i used them with all of my babies but i recently bought a pack from Walmart and every single diaper outta the box busted open and got the diaper gel all over my son. I changed it after he peed one time even to try and prevent it from happening and that didn't help. Was very disappointed. Diapers aren't cheap:Posted on Aug 10, 2016

Lacy Simpson:

I've been using Parents Choice diapers for almost 11 months now and I have absolutely loved them until my last purchase. The new diaper designs with animals are made much smaller, and the Velcro fasteners don't stay fastened very well. Our sons diapers come loose shortly after putting a new one one which results in several accidents daily. I'm extremely disappointed with the new design, although they are cute, they are problematic. Thank you for your time.Posted on Aug 07, 2016

I have used parents choice wipe for many years. Recently the last 4 packages i have purchased when i open the lid the complete purple lid breaks off from the bag very frustrating and if i am away from home i.have to go to a store and purchase zip locks to keep wipes from drying out. Very very inconvenient..Posted on Aug 04, 2016

Katie Park:

Love the diapers. Our favorite. But the only problem we have is cotton coming off the diaper. It goes straight to my son's mouth. Please let me know. And please figure something out to fit it. Don't want to have to change diapers.Posted on Aug 04, 2016

Ashley Hiltz:

I recently purchased a box of diapers from parents choice at my local Walmart. My son has been on them since he was 6 months old, he is now 19 months old and i ran into my first ' problem box'. The diapers are falling apart in more ways than one. First problem of course being with even very little pressure, the tabs of the diapers are falling off. This has happened probably 5 times already and i am just on the first sleeve. Second problem being, the diapers are falling apart, literally. Not only are the tags popping off before putting them on, but the lining from the diapers are separating and stuffing is popping out all over my son, casing a severe diaper rash. I have never had any issues with the brand before but after this box, i don't think i will be repurchasing.Posted on Aug 03, 2016

I would like it to be known that today, I opened a 20 pack of size 4 parents choice diapers that I bought on Saturday July 30th, 2016 at the Walmart in Clinton, Arkansas. I decided to count them and there were only 19 diapers. So. This has me questioning the company. I've always bought this brand for my children and I had planned on using them for the child I'm pregnant with. But now I feel as though I'm going to have to count them every time I buy a pack. Also, how many times has this happened to me and I not notice?Posted on Aug 02, 2016

Hey Parents Choice, I just wanted to tell you that we recently got a box of diapers with a super cute print of zebras and lions and said zoo crew. We love the print! And just because of the print I had people who wanted to try the brand! I can't imagine that a cuter print costs much more so I'd keep doing it! We use your diapers, wipes and formula and I have ZERO complaints! Love the products and the price is great for our family. Thanks!Posted on Aug 01, 2016

3:00 in the morning and this is the third time I've been up. And he just finally started sleeping through the night but that's down the drain now. All because my son's diapers keep leaking! We used your products in 2010 with our daughter bit didn't have any problems. But for the past two weeks my 11 month old is constantly soaking through! Day and night. Even when there's barely anything in there. I've went up a size (he's 25 lbs and in 4s) but it hasn't helped. Please make this right! I don't want to go to a different brand but will if I have to. I'm exhausted and fed up.Posted on Jul 27, 2016

This Brand Is Horrible!! I Switched My 10Mo Old Son From Pamper To Parents Choice, And Every Since My Son Has Broken Out. I Brought Six Cases Of This Brand (2 Cases Of 800 Wipes, 3 Cases Of A Size 6 (96 Count), & 1 Case Of Size 5! The Wipes Are Pretty Much Good But These Diapers Are Horrible! He's Had An Real Bad Diaper Rash Since 2Mo Now, I Change My Child Every 1 hr Which Is More Then Enough, There Should Be No Way He's Raw With Applying Ointment! I Am Very Disappoint & Would Like To Return The Cases I Have Not Used And Refund My Money. Diapers Are Good For Toddlers, Maybe Your Company Should Sell Pull Ups!Posted on Jul 27, 2016

I have always used parents choice as i am on a tight budget and they have always worked great. But i just changed my daughter to size 3s and i am very disappointed. For some reason my entire box has hard lumps in the diapers ans they don't absorb well. Thru wetness indicator bleeds instead of staying in a blue line. I don't understand. I have never had a problem. But i am disappointed i spent 20 dollars on a box i have to throw away because using them is pointless since they don't absorb anything and i just have to soak ans wash all her clothes and change her clothes 10 times a day. disappointed and cant afford to waste 20 bucks trying again. Sad because i loved the product and recommended you to everyone. Not anymore.Posted on Jul 22, 2016

Hello My name is Jordan and I am single mom of a beautiful 6 week old baby. I don't make a ton of money and I had to find savings anywhere I could once I found out I was pregnant. I chose to stock up on parents choice diapers. I knew I couldn't afford any other brand. That's all she has worn since she was born and I couldn't be happier. I have never had an issue with leaking or diaper rash. The fit better then any other brand I've tried. The price is fantastic. I am so happy I chose parents choice. My best friend is pregnant right now and I told them to stock up on parents choice and nothing else. They would not be disappointed. I was hoping there was a way to get coupons or special offers in the mail from your company. Id love to be able to keep buying your product and saving even more money would be fantastic. I recommend parents choice everything to my friends because I am so impressed with your products. Thank you so much for making an affordable product that is not a comprise to the name brand. As a single mom who has to save money it makes a world of difference.Posted on Jul 22, 2016

I always use your diapers on my last purchase I got a big box of ur diapers and the 3 pack of wipes .The wipes we're so cheap, and flimsy making it almost unbearable to change a dirty diapers and my son broke out with a INFECTION on his private part. Not only that but the diapers kept breaking at the straps. I have never had problems like this until this last purchase. Very disappointedPosted on Jul 21, 2016

I recently bought a bag of diapers which always use this brand and never had any problems with both my children of the product it self. I opened the package back and the diaper I got out seems to have maybe a bug of some sort inside the diaper. I have saved the diaper as well in case you need proof.Posted on Jul 21, 2016

Yesterday I purchased the big box with 108 size 5 parents choice diapers at Walmart. The outside of the box has a new child and the inside has a new zoo design. I have been using these brand diapers for 2 years and now I have 100 diapers that do not hold ANY liquid. It is a complete mess. There is no gel in the inside of them and they are cheaply made which was nevertheless case in 2 years of buying them. I am very surprised the product is completely changed with no warning or acknowledgement of a change my I do NOT want to change brands but I do need diapers since this box is going in the trash as they don't work. As a teacher that does not get paid in summer this $20 is a big deal. Please let me know if there is anything the company can do. Please let me know if you change the product back or if I got a bad batch of diapers. I love this brand please help us out in any way. Thanks!Posted on Jul 18, 2016

I have been with Parents Choice for a long time. I normally have really good reviews for ya'll. My kids have used ya'll since White Cloud disappeared. But I box a box of fours from Huntington WV and once putting the diaper on it would fall off the closure part would stay to the front of the diaper but disconnect from the back. I have 3 children in size 4 diapers and I am sad to report I will have to use Kidgets for a while to ensure if it was a bad batch of diapers that I do not get another bad batch. I cannot afford to waste diapers. But I am aware that problems do arise and that accidents happen. Thank you from a long time user hopefully issue gets fixed.Posted on Jul 17, 2016

Hello Parent Choice Company, This is Not a complaint this is a thank you ! I've always loved parent choice not only is it affordable but good quality my kids have not gotten diaper rash nor any allergies. The reason I decided I wanted to send this email is because yesterday I bought the 92 count and to my surprise they had a new design with dreamworks characters and it may not seem like a big deal but my daughter lights up when she see animals and cute characters so when I changed her and showed her the new design she was so happy and the diapers even feel a little different with is a good thing because she's walking and running happily. Thank You for making my family smile. P.S. I hope you guys add more Disney designs or even simple cute characters for girls and boys... thank you.Posted on Jul 16, 2016

I just want to thank you for making the best diapers my daughter doesn't leak through AND they are in my price range. I also wanted to mention that I love your scented wipes.Posted on Jul 16, 2016

These diapers are horrible! My husband made the mistake of buying these instead of white cloud. Every poopy diaper has come out and everywhere on everything and he's peed through them. I will never buy these again and I'm mad that we wasted money on them.Posted on Jul 16, 2016

I bought a box of size 6 diapers with the new design on them of animals and it broke my granddaughter Butt out bad I have over a half of box left and I refuse to put them on her. I bought Huggies and her butt is finally clearing up. I will never use this brand again I will tell all my friends to not use this brand.Posted on Jul 14, 2016

I bought the size 6 parent choice diapers and my daughters bottom on the right side is all Wealthy and was bleeding it looks like she got burned. I won't be using these diapers ever again. Can I get a refund on the remaining diapers I have?Posted on Jul 13, 2016

I've used parent choice diapers with both my kids how ever the last two boxes I bought at Walmart leaves gel pieces on my baby ??I gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe just a bad box or some thing no once again it's happening I'm not a parent to leave my child in the same duper for hours on end or till it's barely hanging on cause it's so full. I try to make sure my baby always has a dry clean butt after the last two big boxes I have bought I'm sad to say I'll have to be switching brands I don't feel my baby should have that jelly coming out on her.Posted on Jul 12, 2016

I got a pack of 50 size 1 parents choice & on multiple diapers the tabs were messed up & didn't work. I love the brand & would like to continue using them but with the tabs not working on multiple diapers in one pack then it is an issue.Posted on Jul 12, 2016

Bought large box of size 4 diapers. At least half of the tabs have ripped off all on the right side of the diapers. Very dissatisfied. Haven't had this issue before.Posted on Jul 10, 2016

I bought a box of night time size 5 and I have broken the strap on at least, at least 2 diapers a day!! I have used your brand with my last 3 kids and never had any complaints but this time i get very frustrated when I keep breaking diapers every time I change my son and Then have to chase him around to get a new diaper on him. I think I just got a bad batch.Posted on Jul 09, 2016

I have been using parents choice diapers for years, used it with my first 2 kids and now with my last. Never had a problem or complaints until now. Recently I bought a box like I always do at the neighborhood Walmart and these diapers are falling apart. The tabs that are supposed to stick are literally falling off and I've already thrown about 20 diapers away from the big box that I usually buy. I don't want to switch to another brand because parents choice has always been my choice. I am very upset at the amount of clean unused diapers I had to throw up because of the tabs not sticking.Posted on Jul 09, 2016

I will never but this brand again. I bought them this once because it's all I could get and afford at the time. But the reason I will never buy or use this brand is because using the diapers on my Daughter have made her raw then even more then Luvs brand that's also the reason I won't use Luvs diapers or burly them.Posted on Jul 08, 2016

My daughter is severely allergic to your diaper products and I have spent over $100 on your products before I knew she was allergic. It got so bad I had to take her to the hospital. I would like my money refunded for your product costs.Posted on Jul 06, 2016

I have been using parents choice for many years and this last package I purchased I was so disappointed, a lot of the diapers in the package would not hold a grip, they kept coming undone because the Velcro part would not stick, I was really upset considering diapers are not cheap and I feel like I go thru a ton a day... please consider to looking into this so it doesn't happen to someone else... thank you... I brought a box of diapers from Walmart and every last diaper I have put on my son is missing strips to keep the diaper on. I don't want a refund because I never had a problem with the diapers before. I really just think I got a bad box I would just like more diapers.Posted on Jul 04, 2016

Your diapers leak a ton I wasted money on a big box of them and they leak a ton and my son poops and it everywhere will not recommend to anyone.Posted on Jul 04, 2016

I have been a loyal Parents Choice diaper customer since 2012. I have never had a problem with these diapers until recently. I bought a case last week at the Dickson City, PA Walmart and have had 6 defective diapers so far(only used about half a case!) the sticky tabs keep tearing off, the diapers get the least bit wet and literally explode leaving the material inside the diaper all over the place. These diapers have been great until now. I'm considering switching to a different brand of diapers in hope I'll have better luck! I'm contacting you in hopes that you'll make right of this situation! Thank you!Posted on Jul 01, 2016

Hi i am a happy satisfied parents choice diaper fan i been buying parents choice diapers from our local Walmart for all 3 of my children, my son is 2 and is a size 4 diapers and the latest large box i have bought has two packs inside the box. The first pack from the box was perfect as always!!! Second pack the sticky part of the pull over piece will not stick to his diapers so are constantly falling off on the one side. Like i said always satisfied with all parent choice products, just this one box was i was not happy with. Nichole Veronie 3350 seymour court West Sacramento Ca 95691Posted on Jun 30, 2016

Hello, not sure if I'm in the right place, but I guess I'll write anyway! I buy Parents Choice Diapers about 50% of the time, my child currently uses a size 3. We purchase them at Walmart. I haven't had negative issues until recently when the velcro part just rips all the way off when I'm putting the diaper on my daughter! The 1st time it happened I didn't really think anything of it, I mean sure it was annoying but it was an isolated incident. However on the next pack of our Parents Choice Diapers it happened to 3 diapers! I had to just throw those ones away and get out another! No one wants to have to waste diapers! So I just wanted to write and let you know! Thanks so much for your time!Posted on Jun 30, 2016

I brought a few bags of the parent choice diapers almost every time the elastic rip off easy and she would pee through the diapers fast... I am not happy because it even gave my baby horrible rash. This isn't okay the elastic needs to be made stronger..Posted on Jun 29, 2016

I'm writing to you with no complaints but to say that i like your products and also to tell you about my brother and his fiance. Two months ago they gave birth to all natural and very rare identical triplet baby girls! As of Father's Day all three are now home and doing well. Of course, with this very big surprise but very much welcomed surprise comes along many bills, expenses, clothes and especially DIAPERS!! Lots and lots and lots of them with that being said i would like to know if there is anything that could be done for this family who not only has newborn triplet girls but also two older girls as well. Thank you for your time.Posted on Jun 29, 2016

I usually purchase Parents Choice brand diapers and have had no trouble until this last box. I have had several diapers EXPLODE and my walking daughter is tracking the beads all over my house. It seems like there is something defective with the seams in this batch. The tab on the diaper has 6134B033800W11 Size 4 A1 1309.Posted on Jun 28, 2016

Very sad that I changed my 1 year old daughter to patent choice to have less diapers & less money to spend while I potty trained her cause it turned out very bad she end p coughing yest infection 2 days later me as a parent I taught it was just a little baby rash that I can get rid of with over counter meds like I would do if she every got a diaper rash which would leave in couple days. Well that wasn't working at all I brought the best products & nothing seem to work to my next move was to the doctors cause she won't stop itching or whining got there & the doctor was even going crazy that's how bad the rash was so she Order some medication and the rash eased p just a little but it's been two weeks and I'm still trying to get rid of it she's going on her second refill of meds. I'm very disappointed in this because waking in the the middle of the night is no fun because of how bad she hurting.Posted on Jun 28, 2016

I called parent choice earlier this morning because the straps on my diaper will not stick I had to use tape for my daughters diaper. They told me to go to Walmart to get a refund and didn't answer none of my questions or give me a solution.Posted on Jun 28, 2016

I have been buying parents choice diapers for the last six months. And i have to say i am getting very disappointed that almost every box of diapers i have bought in the last month. Had about 5 or more diapers without the tabs to keep it on. I cant really afford the other brands and i really like how they fit and how they don't leak threw at night. But if it keeps happening i am going to have to by a different brand.Posted on Jun 27, 2016
