Hi I called the sentri application center where I applied regarding my sentri card it's gonna be a month this week and I haven't received anything.. they said that if I didn't get it that I would have to pay 25 dollars for a replacement which I think its wrong when I haven't even received the first one, is there a tracking number of when it was sent by mail that I can give to post office to see if package was returned or what can i do?
