I have tried to cancel Madison Fraser's Seventeen magazine twice. Once in July and once in August and again I received a letter. I mailed it to the address on the envelope and still I can't cancel. The magazine was a gift from me Karen Westwood 138 Wilson Drive Milton On. Canada. She no longer wants this magazine as she is getting too old for it. I went on the web site but it still wouldn't let me cancel. The sb. number is SVN14389946329 Please forgive the spelling errors as my keyboard will not print the letter after the letter T. why do does this company make it so complicated to cancel my account? I got signed up unknowingly by a company by the name of FYE (for your entertainment). They did not warn me i was being signed up for a subscription when i signed up for their store's reward card. When they asked me if i wanted a free month subscription to a magazine of my choosing i for sure said NO. Spent an hour on the website trying to cancel it, only to get a message saying "to officially cancel I must contact your company over the phone. I am highly dissatisfied with this whole situation, especially since I found out i have been paying for this monthly subscription since around September of last year.
