Ok so don't get me wrong I love the game 7 days 2 die. But I'm sick of this shit happening. it crashes all the time. and it crashed twice on me today. I continued to play and just reloaded. because I was traveling and looting. well I finally make it back to my base and its LITERALLY HALF THERE!! the other half had just de-spawned and been replace with the ground and shit that used to be there. it destroyed all of my stuff, gun safes supply crates, chests forges. Everything is lost and I'm pissed off. I've looked online for an hour trying to find a contact number and it gave me a toll free number! Really? I wish to be contacted immediately.I want this fixed. I downloaded The Walking Dead: Michonne season pass, and playing episode 2 going to through the woods, and made it near my destination, and can't move forward. I have tried deleted the game and starting over, and it's still a problem in the same spot. No matter what I do the character won't move. There's 3 characters and the 1 I am holding, and the other character that's freelance is not able to move either. The game is not freezing; it's a flaw in the game and I am not able to move forward without passing that spot.Posted on Aug 22, 2016

I bought 7 days to die and I love the game however I am unable to play the game with my friends. I can't join them and when they try to join me it will let them for a few seconds and then kick them. It never let's me join a game though. I have reset my router thinking that was it, my friends have reset their routers, and we have went into random lobbies and invited each other..nothing works. I purchased your game, 7 Days To Die, on my Xbox One upon its initial release. I've been playing it since then, despite the issues I've been experiencing with it. Just today, I was building a Tower next to my base and the game crashes. I figure, "Hey, that's alright, I'll just start it up again, it's no big deal. This happens all the time." But when I load back up my world, half of my base has de-spawned, including my Tower. I was on day 88 and all of my progress I've been working towards just deletes itself in the blink of an eye. This is complete BS! You shouldn't have even released this game with it doing shit like this! My god, the lag is bad enough, but this? This ruined endless hours of hard work that I put into building my base. I'm done with this game. If someone comments some trollish crap like, "Are you mad?" I purchased mine craft story mode bundle on Sunday 31st July. I cannot access it on my sons tablet. It is compatible with the device as I've previously installed episode 1. I contacted Google but they told me it is a developers issue. So they will not refund. I would much prefer the game and not a refund. When I go into Minecraft it's says episodes2_8are purchased and coming soon. It won't allow me to access the bundle packs either. I know as a friend has the games that up to episode 8 is available. When I go to log or sign in it keeps saying there is a problem and visit telltale games. Could somebody please help me with this problem. My son just wants the rest of the episodes.
