Noticed the new radar on the Weather Channel app for Apple iPhone's. It's really difficult to locate your precise location as the new app shows mountains, ridges and fewer roads. When do intending on changing it back to the way it was before the change??Posted on Aug 17, 2016

You know i am pretty upset with the weather channel. I don't understand why you guys never talk about hurricane Celia that hit corpus Christi Texas on august 3rd 1970. You guys are always talking about Katrina, Ike, and Sandy you guys also talk about past hurricanes that hit Galveston. You every yr i tune into you guys weather channel i really enjoy the shows you guys put together especially for hurricane week. Every year i tune in the hopes you guys recognize what we went thru when hurricane Celia hit it nearly wiped our city out i know because i lived it. You know i would hate to get hit by another storm like that here in our beautiful city, but one thing comes to mind. If we get hit i bet you guys would be here in a heart beat, but what for? So like that it can be forgot just like the past ones sad sad sad..Posted on Aug 08, 2016

I wish you guys knew how to promote a real photo contest instead of the rigged contest you have. It is absolutely the worst website i have ever seen! And it is basically Facebook rigged. If you have friends on Facebook you get the votes. Thought you were better than this! And certain letters will not type on this stupid page either, Guess! Morons. It also will not post!!Posted on Aug 02, 2016

The weather channel no longer shows our local forecast. We used to get our local forecast in Okeechobee, Florida zip code 34974, but about a Month ago it stopped and we now a local forecast of a city about 100 Iles away. I would very grateful if we could get our local forecast back. I first went to my local cable provider, and when I got there I explained my situation and asked them to put on the weather channel to see the problem. They put on the weather channel and saw what I was talking about, they didn't get the local weather forecast either and told me that I must contact the weather channel with this problem. Please help us in Okeechobee Florida with our local forecast, we really need it out here as its the only local forecast we can get.Posted on Jul 31, 2016

GERALD MILLIGAN:

The stationary cameras employed by The Weather Station show the world fantastic views of most cities while they are spoken of. The view shown of Texas' largest city Houston to the S.E. is far too inferior to be fair and offends its citizens. Businesses would be glad to accommodate a position for relocation. Will you please change to a better vantage point when picturing and referring to the 4th largest city in Great America? (one of the letters will not print and are referred to as"()". THANK YOU.Posted on Jul 20, 2016

Donna Timonen:

I installed your weather app on my new mini pro iPad and I have had your app on my other generation 2 iPad all this time. The version I just subscribed to is a vertical app and won't rotate to horizontal for my new iPad. So I deleted it and reopened the i Cloud old version. But I had very recently subscribed for ad free on the app I just deleted. How can I either get the app back that was horizontal or get the ad free to apply to the original weather channel app I am using on my new iPad. Otherwise I have lost my $3.99 and also the horizontal version of your app. I can not seem to refresh the version I just deleted to get it back.Posted on Jul 18, 2016

Kristina Peltier:

Hello my name is Kristina Peltier and I live in Arnaudville, LA - which has 2 parishes meet in its center, St. Martin Parish and St. Landry Parish. I live on the St. Martin Parish side of Arnaudville. I say all of this because a significant weather advisory and a severe thunderstorm advisory have both been issued today. My issue lies with the severe thunderstorm advisory. It lists my parish being impacted along with the surrounding parishes i.e. Acadia, St. Landry etc. Also listed are the towns within these parishes that are "at risk" and my town is not listed. How can a storm that will potentially be all around me - Breaux Bridge, Leonville, Cecilia, Lafayette, etc. not be a storm that will potentially affect me and other people in this area? It seems that Arnaudville has been overlooked and it would be appreciated if someone wold look into this matter and if it was an oversight, please add Arnaudville as a town listed in the severe thunderstorm alert advisory given until 3:00 pm Wednesday April 27, 2016. Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter. Sincerely, KPosted on Apr 27, 2016

In tonight's show on the DC-10 crash in Iowa in the 1980's, Lester Holt said the DC-10 had an exemplary safety record til then. In fact, a Turkish Airlines DC-10 crashed in France in 1974 and a noted DC-10 crashed in Chicago in 1979.Posted on Apr 16, 2016

I live in BelAir, Md, 21015. Our cable provider is Comcast. Recently, the local on the 8's has changed. It is no longer local for the zip code. It is for areas of the country and basically not helpful. The information that is on the bottom of the screen ticker is also not local. What has this happened? It is useless. I don't care about the local weather in the south or north. Will it change back? NBC has ruined the channel.Posted on Nov 08, 2015
