I'm having trouble retaining a TWIC card dude to proof of citizenship because of papers being lost in a fire. However, I do have a DD-214 as I have served in the American Army and yet the office in Paducah Kentucky declines and will not honor this as proof of citizenship. I was just inquiring why they will not honor that.Posted on Mar 19, 2016
