Just a new Verizon smart phone which is unlocked and when I inserted my Sim card it was working perfect but to my surprise I was unable to dial 611 neither able to check my voice mail. I've not been able to setup my voice mail I even call Verizon wireless customer service but they told me to contact my carrier. I will be glad for your quick response.Posted on Feb 27, 2016

I tried to make a purchase of the 39 dollars monthly recharge which my account was not able to allow transaction and I was asked by ultra mobile to try again, and so I decided to buy the 20 dollars international call credit and I got the debit alert on my account and it was successful. Now the issue is my account was still later debited with 39 dollars again, of which I didn't order for it. In that regard, I request that you refund my money to my account and cancel the transaction of the same amount on my mobile. Thank youPosted on Dec 10, 2015
