We are an interior product design company based in England and yesterday I subscribed to Veranda Magazine. However when I printed off the confirmation my postal code for delivery was incorrect. I now have no way of correcting this as I can login in as I don't have an account number (this is only available on back of magazine once delivered!) If I try with my email, I'm required to enter a zip code! (english postcodes are not recognized) If I try entering my name and address to create account, the only country options available are America or Canada!! so it gets rejected. Received a renewal notice for subscription no. 08 8219 2768 with instrctions to call 1-877-807-3412. Redirected to 1-800-531-5000. No matter what number I call there is no service.
