Richie Selmon:

This is in regard to loan #1590660 (reverse mortgage) in the name of Raymond Salt. Mr. Salt passed away in 2/2016 having a reverse mortgage on his home with Wells Fargo. I received a letter from Nadia Omalley a reverse mortgage specialist. I sent a copy of the will and a letter of intent In March 2016 that I was interested in purchasing the home. I am the executor of the estate. I asked Nadia that when an appraiser comes out to have him/her call me as they needed to go in the house. The appraiser came out in May and never notified me. I spoke with Nadia Omalley who by the way never answers her phone and never returns calls. She said I would hear from the appraiser in 48 hours. I am still waiting. My attorney has sent a letter to Wells Fargo indicating the situation with Nadia. I have been paying all expenses with this home and I now receive a letter from Nadia that mortgage is referred to foreclosure. On one of my many phone calls to Nadia, I had to talk with someone else who told me I had to send another letter of intent. I am not familiar with a reverse mortgage.Posted on Jun 17, 2016
