Hello, I refer to the member ‘Joie De Vivre’ which appears on your Australian web site and gives her address in Queensland. I also refer to member ‘Lilla17’ which appears on the RSVP Australian dating site but gives an address in Victoria. An examination will reveal by some of the photographs and the terminology that they are the same person and it is either a scam in the offering or an identity theft. I have contacted RSVP but they have informed me they will not look at the Zoosk member but their member is one of long standing. I am chatting with your member, ‘Joie De Vivre’ but I haven’t been scammed. I would like you to have a look and follow up on the information I have provided. I am requesting you to close my membership down effective immediately with your site. I have been in constant contact with your company within 24 hours of signing up to close this down and no one has responded to me. I must add this is very poor judgement in a business relationship not responding to a client. Since I have notified you within 30 days of joining your site it is legal to request cancellation and stop payment of any more funds from my account.I certainly hope someone pays attention to this request and end my membership immediately as requested.
